In the ongoing lawsuit between Baldoni and Lively over alleged harassment on the set of their film “It Ends With Us,” new court filings reveal Baldoni’s sharp counterattack: he accused Lively of using what he called “the Taylor Swift playbook” — i.e. presenting herself as the victim to manipulate public perception.

Baldoni also confirmed in deposition that during a 2022 visit to Lively’s New York home, he told her he was circumcised — which, according to legal filings, has become a detail in the case.

As of now, Lively’s original harassment suit is still moving toward trial (scheduled for March 2026).
